About

The Brazil-U.S. 40 and Under White Collar Lawyers Initiative is a group founded in 2019 comprising attorneys under the age of 41 who are focused on government investigations and related litigation as well as compliance issues involving U.S. and Brazilian interests.

The Initiative’s objective is to bring together young attorneys based in both countries to share ideas and experiences, report on current trends, and develop a network of experts in this field.  The Initiative carries out its mission through its core programs, which include meetings and sessions with guest speakers, social mixers, and publications dedicated to relevant topics.
